30 days return guarantee

Quest Group Product Warranty: 

The Quest Group guarantees the quality of the NEO SOURCE series products, and at the same time, we offer a 100% money back guarantee to customers who have purchased our products.
If you are not satisfied with the NEO SOURCE series product, please contact JSC (Japan Support Center) within 30 days of purchase and return the purchased product to Quest Group.
We will process a refund for the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping charges.
This warranty can only be applied once per product.

Quest Group Return Policy:

If the product you received is damaged in transit or is defective, you can return it to Quest Group for a replacement.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returns. To receive an RMA, please contact JSC (Japan Support Center).
If a member withdraws from the Quest Group, the Quest Group will purchase unopened products purchased within 90 days from the date of withdrawal, minus a 10% handling fee.


Regarding products other than NEO SOURCE:
For returns of products other than NEO SOURCE, please contact JSC (support center) and send the unused product within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the money to your designated account.
