Shopping Points
Every time you buy products for yourself or for family and friends, you get 10% Shopping points for every dollar spent. You can then use these points to get your favorite Quest Group products for free!
How to Earn Points
· Receive 10% in Shopping Points for every Quest Group product purchased, excluding POD kits.
· Receive double Shopping Points in your birthday month.
· Receive 15% in Shopping Points for any order over 1,000.
· New members receive 25 Shopping Points in the month you sign up.
· Receive 25 Shopping Points when you refer a new member.
· Once the points are awarded, you can use them to get free product on your next order.
· There is no limit to how many points you can earn.
How to Redeem Points
· When you login, you will see your Shopping Point balance on the bottom left corner.
· Click to view more details about your shopping points and to redeem them. Here you can see your points balance and history. This is also where you go to redeem your points.
· If you have enough points for a product credit, it will be displayed here. Click the blue button to receive a product credit. This is a coupon code you can use when checking out.
· Other products can be put on the same order and paid for with dollars. The coupon you earn will decrease your order subtotal. Shipping charges and taxes may not be paid for with points.
Special Rules:
1. Points from your orders are awarded after your order is shipped and completed.
2. When you place an order over $1000, 10% points will be awarded after your order is shipped and completed. The bonus of 5% points will be added on the 10th of the following month.
3. 25 points for referring a new member are rewarded on the 10th of the month following when you referred a friend..
4. Double birthday points will be awarded on the 10th of the following month.
5. Points may only be used for product. The Delivery Charge and taxes may not be paid for with points.
6. Only Members earn points. Consultants do not earn points.
7. Members earn points only on their purchases.
8. Points must be redeemed within 12 months of when they are rewarded. They will be expired after 12 months.
